I'm booked in this minisuite cabin (last cabin at the rear of the ship starboard). Wondering if anyone has been in this cabin, and what they thought of it. We're booked in in for 12/4/07 from San Juan to Acapulco.

We had suite D725 on the Oct 21/06 sailing to Hawaii & return - loved it. The balcony may be slightly smaller than other minisuites due to the curved railing, but it still has plenty of room and the extra view more than makes up for it - you see to the side and astern. Some folks may not like the idea of not having a "roof" on this balcony but that does not bother us - just make sure you wear your robe when enjoying your morning room service coffee out there! Out in mid Pacific there were a few days of somehat heavier seas and a vibration was a little more noticable than normal, but what the heck, on a ship one can expect a little vibration. In short, we loved the Island Princess and in particular suite D725.
