pasolink Posted July 19, 2004 #1 Share Posted July 19, 2004 Trying to decide on a fall cruise but not sure which would have the odds of better weather. Eastern or Western Caribbean. Any advice would be appreciated.
Rare KKB Posted July 19, 2004 #2 Share Posted July 19, 2004 October/November is the end of hurricane season in the Caribbean--E or W. We booked late Oct. mostly because we are off the last week (teachers), and good prices (due to the season). From what I understand, it could mean a change of course and choppy seas, worse case scenario--but I've never cruised, so only heresay. KK
Tradizney Posted July 25, 2004 #3 Share Posted July 25, 2004 I've traved 2 times in Oct. and the weather was perfect. Trust me it's still quite warm. I was just in the Western Carib. last Oct. and we had perfect weather1 It rainded a little in Belize, but that cooled us off! Tracey
