calling cards in the bahamas

Hi

I live in Canada and when I called our local phone company they said there should be calling cards available in the Bahamas for us to call home. Has anyone bought one of these in either Freeport or Nassau. Just curious how much they are, where you buy them and how much time are on them.

Thanks

Stephanie :)

You can find the very best deals on-line, search for the calling card you need (calling from X to Y). Buy on-line. Many on-line companies will just give you an account number, pin, and access numbers - no physical card.

Last time we used one, we paid $.99/minute in the Bahamas. My cell phone with International Roaming would have been $1.99/minute, so the calling card was a better deal.

I would wait til you get onboard the ship-- ask the crew memebers where they get the best deals.. It will be around the pier somewhere.

Lots of cards we sell here at home are not good at the ports.
