JFK to Manhattan Hotel via Air Train

Hi,

We will be in NYC pre-cruise and will be staying in a hotel on 55th and 8th in Manhattan. The Air Train is now running. Does anyone know anything about how to use this service.

It takes you to the Long Island Railroad where you get on a commuter train that takes you to Penn Station at 34th St and 8th Ave. Airtrain is right outside of every terminal.
