bigmacfan Posted December 7, 2006 #1 Share Posted December 7, 2006 I am sailing on the Elation in 7 days (WOW, is it really that close??). I am at a conference before the cruise in Orlando, so will not be using the ship transfers from the airport. However, after debarkation, we want to do the ship excursion to the Space Center that then includes transfer to the airport. When I look on the Carnival website to book shore excursions, the ones for the actual ports of call are listed with prices and booking options, but the ones for the home port still just have the $$ signs and aren't bookable now. So, is it safe to assume there will be available space, etc to just wait to book while on board or should I call Carnival now. It does make me a bit nervous to not actually have return transportation arranged before leaving on the trip. Does anyone have experience with this?
