for those of us that joined cc after the change in format, can someone answer some q's about BOB.

 

my particular situation. not a swimmer, and have arthritis. my questions involve getting onto and off of the contraption. do i have to be able to lift myself onto the boat from down in the water? do i have to be able to swim?

 

finally is there a link somewhere that gives a detailed description of the entire excursion including the required physical agility to enjoy this thing...
