Morning in Roatan - Tour or Taxi?

My cruise ship is only in port from 7:00 AM to 12:00 noon. I know that I want to do a zipline tour, but should I book a guide at $80 for two or should I just hire a taxi to take me to the zipline, Half Moon Bay and a little sightseeing? To me, $80 seems to be a little expensivive for the remaining 3 hours.
