aprildream Posted December 15, 2006 #1 Share Posted December 15, 2006 There are evidently "cooking light" items on each menu on Norwegian ships. Has anyone experienced these and are they good?. Do they say how many gms fat/calories on the menu?
MSUcruisers Posted December 15, 2006 #2 Share Posted December 15, 2006 The Cooking Light items are very tasty. Unfortunately, no nutritional information is given on the menu.
smoothdancer Posted December 20, 2006 #3 Share Posted December 20, 2006 I really liked the Light Menu too.
jp2001 Posted December 21, 2006 #4 Share Posted December 21, 2006 I was eating from that menu about 1/2 the time and some items were the best I had on this cruise, it's really good. Unfortunately, I don't remember if the info was written on the menu. With all dinner (Cooking Light or not), I also ordered a side of steamed veggies and they were cooked just right in my opinion (well cooked but still just a little crunchy).
