madforcruising Posted December 26, 2006 #2 Share Posted December 26, 2006 Excursions are the same price pre-booked or booked onboard
AFT_LOVER Posted December 26, 2006 #3 Share Posted December 26, 2006 they do charge your credit card in advance for them. The tickets are in your stateroom. If excursion is cancelled, they do not credit your credit card but they give the OBC to your account. ASo be sure to cash out at the casino before last night or lose it. I prefer booking with the Consierge in the lounge. He sometimes has deals on stuff too.
cruisenfever Posted December 26, 2006 #4 Share Posted December 26, 2006 ASo be sure to cash out at the casino before last night or lose it. If your excursion is cancelled, yes it will be put on your seapass account. However, if you use a credit card for onboard purchases..........you DO NOT lose any credit that appear on your final seapass account. You will see that credit appear on your credit card statement. So, if your final seapass account has a credit of say $100.00 (because you just couldn't spend enough of the credits that you had coming during the cruise)......then your credit card statement will reflect that $100 credit. With our shareholders OBC, and our onboard booking credit.......we always have a credit appear on our statement after a cruise. Guess we just can't seem to find a way to spend $450.00 in two weeks!! LOL We usually always come home with a little over $200.00 credited to our credit card from unused monies while on a cruise.
RareBird Posted December 26, 2006 #5 Share Posted December 26, 2006 if you can, book before you go on your cruise. We found that out the hard way when some popular excursions were sold out when we came to book on the ship on the night of the first day.
