? about being a past guest

HI folks...

 

DH and I are going on the Miracle in June. We did one other Carnival cruise this past Oct....a short 2 night CTN. Today I went to fill out the "Fun Pass" and under my name it said that I "wasn't a past guest". I know why this happened. On the CTN I just used my married name as my last name. For this cruise I have my maiden name-married name because legally I'm still under my maiden name so for the passport I used both. If I call up Carnival and explain this, will I then be put on the past guest list? Don't want to miss that past guest party. :D
