Pasion Island vs Paradise Beach

I read a lot about both, but still can't decide :(

We are a couple without kids, we enjoy a couple of drinks, but don't drink a lot.

Looking to spend a day on the beach relaxing, preferably without kids running around and without much noise.

Pasion Island seems to fit the profile better, but is it worth $75 a person fee and a long ride?

Anyone been to these places recently? How does it look? Is it all recovered after the hurricane?

Try to find out how many ships will be in port when you stop in Cozumel. Paradise beach may not be crowded when ships first arrive but by 11 or so it can be packed. The loudness depends upon your own definition. IMO - you should not consider Paradise Beach if you are looking for a quiet uncrowded beach. They have lots of amenities and you only have those amenities if there is enough clientele to support the club. On the other hand, if you are looking to go to a nice looking beach club then you can relax, eat and drink at Paradise Beach for a lot less than $75pp.
