It seems the specific cabin availibility of these doesn't get to any of the internet cruise booking system. Or am I just missing the specific online travel agents?

At all the MSC Europe sites, they have this Prime Prize promotion going on in 2007. Basically it charges the second passenger 10 to 20% of the first passenger rate on all categories and sailings. Can the North American residents take this offer?

Yeah, but the price is double what it normally is for the first pax... not really an offer at all...

MSC here says we must take our region's price, not others anyway.
