Thanks Pam. They have finally updated my stuff and my future cruise now shows.

srphnx.. Same thing happened to me a month or so ago. What they did was use an old backup disk. On that one I had a different email address and password. If you changed yours recently that might be the problem. Use your old email address and or password..

I have had problems for some time but I sent an e-mail a week or so ago to captainscircle@princess.com and within 6 days I had a very helpful reply which solved the problem. There is someone at the end of the computer working on the problems!!

I have been trying to get them to fix mine for the past month.. My completed April Panama on the Coral was dropped when they added the Sept Alaska on the Coral future. So far 3 phone calls, 1 email.. :mad:

Did you just check it? Mine was just fixed sometime yesterday. Some correct and missing info was added but it still has a date error in it. Took me 3 phone calls too.

No changes, just the usual captains circle runaround, I often wonder why they bother to offer such a messed up site,I rarely see it working properly don't they know that it adds more concern and irritation than it adds "gee whiz" factor?
