Dream obstructed views

Does anybody know which CC room on International/Star decks on the Dream are obstructed enough to be avoided? I have a GG 15% obstructed view but am thinking about upgrading. You could click on the old web site rooms and it would say the percentage but the new web site doesn't do that. Also how inconvenient are ajoining rooms if you only have one of the rooms? I would assume they lock and the other room guests can not get in?
