Anyone Have LA Weight Loss Diet?????

I'm unable to find my copy of this diet - I know the first week or so you use a diet juice, etc. Would appreciate if someone can share the diet with me again as I've been dieting for the last three weeks and not seeing much results and I just want to get a kick start. Thank You.
