mlbcruiser Posted January 9, 2007 #1 Share Posted January 9, 2007 We'll be cruising in March and there are a couple of ports of call where we have done land tours in the past and some that islands where I have already snorkeled at in the past couple of years. Therefore I see my options for snorkeling this cruise as: Dominica (prob. on an excursion); Barbados (excursion or from a beach); Jost Van Dyke (from a beach ). My dh will be diving the Rhone when we are in Tortola and I will probably go to Jost Van Dyke then since we were at the Baths in Nov. - too rough for snorkeling then, though. Can anyone shed any light on the quality of the snorkeling at any of these islands? Any info. appreciated (incl. independent snorkel tour operator info.) Thanks for any replies.
