Anyone Have a Problem Contacting Cave Tubing?

I'm will be in Belize on the Valor on 1/23, and I would like to book the cave tubing excursion with Yhony. I have filled out the reservation form on the cave-tubing.com website, sent e-mails to info@cave-tubing.com over the last few weeks and have not heard anything back from them. It seems like they've responded pretty quickly to everyone else with a confirmation e-mail. Has anybody else experienced this? Any suggestions on other ways to contact them (besides phone)?

They are usually pretty quick to respond but this is the address they came from: yhony@cave-tubing.com

 

Two things to remember are that their internet service is not as reliable as ours and your e-mail provider might be filtering their replies as spam.

 

Try the e-mail that I posted above and see if you get a reply.

I didn't get a reply from them for a couple of weeks, so I sent him my phone number. Yhony called me! He said that he had been responding, but I think my e-mail was blocking him. You might try that. He was quite funny to visit with!

I sent them an e-mail 3 days ago regarding changing dates and I had a confirmation the next morning. I have not had any communication problems with them and have contacted them at least 5 times.
