Bike rental St Kitts

Has anyone rented bikes on St Kitts that was not part of an excurison?

My husband & I would like to rent some bikes on our own to ride with being with a group. Any info would be helpful. Thanks

Liz is right. Art owns and operates a bicycle rental shop a short walk from the pier. It was less than a 10 minute walk. Looking toward town from the pier you will see a large church steeple that dominates the view of the city. Walking from the pier, Art's shop is just before the church at an intersection across the street.

Art and his staff are extremely friendly. I had forgotten my hat in Art's chase vehicle during a tour last year. I realized my mistake when we got back to the ship so I walked back to get it. Art was not there but one of his staff drove me to Art's house where I was invited in for a visit and beverage. One of the best mistakes I have ever made!:D
