Casino credit

It has to be used in the casino. It will probably come in the form of coupons that you have to cash in the casino. However, you could probably just cash them in the casino and use the cash toward paying for your onboard account.

My TA is giving a Spa/excursion credit, when I asked how that worked she said I could use it anywhere and on anything in the ship except the casino? I don't understand? Will that be a bunch of coupons too, excluding the casino? I am confused how they give credits? Some good for this others good for that? I always thought they were just an OBC?

I have received many casino credits from my TA as a perk for my cruise. The last cruise I was on (Radiance), I had a group that sailed with me. Some in my group (including my mother) did not use it in the casino. They received the $25.00 off thier seapass account. This was in Sept 2006. I have always used mine in the casino, but I know for a fact my mother had hers credited to her bill, which came off the balance of her bill.

The casino Coupon that you get in your C&A coupon book must be cashed in at the casino, but the casino credit, is applied to you seapass account and when you cash in your credit (if usuing it in the casino) if will be deducted from you seapass account. You receive a postcard in your room, stating a casino credit from your TA or whomever gave it to you, for the amount of $$. That can be taken to the casino, or if not used will still be a credit on your seapass card.
