Snorkeled in Zihau in April at the Manzinillo Bay. Hired a water taxi to take a group of 10 there for $10 each. The ride took about 30 minutes to get there. They tried to stop at some other bay first but one of our group had seen pictures of MB and knew that wasn't the right place, so we continued on our way until we saw a Catamaran Tour from the ship. We snorkeled from the water taxi and found out that they didn't have a ladder to get back in--that was a chore as the two boat guys dragged you back in by your armpits. We also found out they didn't have any life jackets on board after we got there. However, the water was clear and warm and the fish were plentiful. One of our group, a young Dutch man, brought some bananas to feed to the fish. They were swarming him. But I guess that was a no-no since you aren't supposed to bring food off the ship. Another woman brought dog bisquits and that worked well too.

All and all we had a great time and would do it again..Oh yeah, bargain with the taxi drivers...
