Cingular cell phone????

I know I read a link to the cingular cell phone charges on NCL ships. I'm having trouble finding it. Can anyoe help. Thank you.

Yup that seems to be the consensus, call cingular to see if you need international calling set up on your phone.

I've been told rates will be increasing on many Cingular items on Monday. Something to do with a merger, they will be changing the name to AT&T.:eek:

No rate changes on Monday - AT&T already owned 60% of Cingular. They will over the next year move to the AT&T brand now that they own 100%

According to one of their reps on the phone yesterday we were told that the text messaging packages are increasing in price on the 15th, or possibly the 16th with the holiday.... Maybe they just wanted us to sign up for the larger package right away.:rolleyes:

They are increasing per message text messaging rates from 10 cents to 15 cents per message.

We used our Cingulair phone everyday on the Western Route on the Majesty last March, including off the east coast of floridia, Grand Cayman and Cozumel. We did not get charged any extra, it went thru as a regular calls at our normal rates.
