Dinner time & Formal nights -Constellation 11 night

I know that I have seen these questions here before, but unfortunately the search function does not seem to be working,:( so please forgive the repeat.

 

How many formal nights on the 11 night cruise?

 

We're booked for main dinner seating - is that at 6:00 or 6:30, our documents don't say.

Does anyone know for a 10 night cruise? I know there are 3 formals - 1st day at sea, one in the middle and 2nd to last day at sea. (at least that's what I figure) Anyone know when the one is in the middle if there are no sea days in the middle? Do I look at the earliest port return time and figure that is the day? How many "informal" nights? Trying to make reservations for Oceanliners Restaurant and want to be in the dining room for formal nights. Do I just call the Captain's Club at 1-800-760-0654 to make reservations or is there another special number? Any help would be appreciated.
