Holiday-- Always Tender in Cozumel (Post Wilma)

We are sailing on the Holiday in March. When we are in port at Cozumel, there will be 3 other ships with us. We will be the 2nd ship to arrive. I am curious to know from past cruisers if the Holiday is always tendering now, or if there is a possibility that we will dock?
