ultimate snorkeling grand turk

Hi all,

we are considering snorkeling grand turk....has anyone done the ultimate snorkeling excursion through Carnival? Also, which do you think is the better bet for snorkeling, nassau or grand turk?

I'm not sure what Carnival offers, but I just got back from an 8 day vacation in the Turks & Caicos Islands and if you want to see something amazing, hop in the water right off the dock where the boat is. There's an enormous trench right there and it's really eye popping to go from about 30 feet of water on the reef to 6,000 feet right over the edge of the wall..... another fantastic trip is out to Gibbs Cay, but you may have to have one of the local dive shops take you out there. Try this one out - they are fun and Mitch is a good guy. Plays a mean guitar, too. Have fun, Grand Turk is a such a great place...
