Infants and cruise personaliser

Does anyone know if infants are supposed to appear on the cruise personaliser? If not where do you enter their passport details, etc?

No, they will not appear on your cruise personaliser login. Our 14 month old has a different "Booking Number" to ours (parents). I have had to use her Booking Number and log on (as her so to speak :p ) to enter her passport details and emergency contact etc in the cruise personaliser.

 

Her Booking Confirmation was sent to us a separate email and attachment from P&O.

If you have not received it by now, call P&O and they should have the two still "linked" on the system with identical cabin number.
