Annefran Posted January 24, 2007 #1 Share Posted January 24, 2007 OK yet another question.....can anyone recommend an RCI excursion on Adventure of the Seas Southern Caribbean route for swimming with the dolphins? My daughter wants to do it. I'm not sure which one would be a good choice for us. Need some feedback from CC'ers who have booked it through RCI and done it. Thoughts, reactions etc..... Ruggermags06 Posted January 24, 2007 #2 Share Posted January 24, 2007 I'm not sure which route you are on but I'm taking the Barbados route and the only actual "swim with dolphins" excursion I have seen in the listing is at St. Maarten.
lizaj1 Posted January 27, 2007 #3 Share Posted January 27, 2007 I can't speak to the AOS excursions, but we purchased an independent excursion in Nassau because RCCL did not sell a swim, but rather only a dolphin experience. The latter only allows you to go wading. The former is an actual 30 minute swim with a small group of people and three dolphons. This was the most fun I have ever had! I smiled for the rest of the cruise. We are thinking of doing this excursion again in April in St. Maartin. If you enjoy the swim, pop for the DVD they record of your swim along with the still pictures. I laugh each time I look at these keepsakes.
