Hotel in Port Canaveral

We are also looking for a hotel near Port Canaveral that offers shuttle to the port and free parking while we are cruising! Not so worried about free breakfast. Any suggestions? We sail on Elation 2/15/07 and can't wait!

We have stayed at the new Residence Inn. There price includes a hot breakfast, free parking while on your cruise, shuttle at $6 per person. We are going to stay at the Quality Suites in May. They have a continental breakfast, parking, and shuttle.

We are going 2 days before our cruise in February and staying at the Radisson at the Port. They have different packages that include breakfast, parking during your cruise and they have free shuttle.

This is our 2nd time staying there in the 1 bedroom whirlpool suite.

I think it's a great hotel with a very nice pool area. The pool area at night is a lot of fun, they have a buffet dinner with a band that plays on the weekend. It gets you in the mood to start your cruise.

We stayed at the Radisson at the Port as well.........very nice. They do have free parking while you are on your cruise but it isn't covered if that is important to you. Free shuttle..........tip........sign up when you check in.......the early shuttles fill up fast.

We're thinking of staying here the night before our 3/31/07 cruise. Our flight into Orlando does not arrive until 8:10 PM. Maybe trying artsshuttle or some other shuttle service to get us there. Will the pool even be open Friday night at 9:30ish? It would be really fun to sit poolside and listen to a band before turning in. Is this worth it for arriving that late and getting on cruise first thing in the morning? Or should we go for cheaper hotel?

The last time we stayed at the Radisson (6/05), the pool bar was hopping until all hours. Everyone there was going on a cruise the next day so everyone is ready to start the party early. It's why I picked it for our February 2007 cruise. Had too much fun there.

Well that certainly seals the deal - that makes sense that most of the guests will be there pre cruise and ready to party. Great! Now the only decision is whether to rent a car at 8:30PM in Orlando just to drop it the next morning before the cruise or do a town car shuttle?

That offers breakfast included and a shuttle to the cruise terminal?

We recently stayed at the Radisson and was very pleased. They offer a package deal or you can just "get a room" without the package and buy your own breakfast. I believe parking is free anyway and it is outdoor parking. Sign up for the shuttle when and if you make your reservation then confirm it at checkin-early shuttles fill up fast. We love the hotel and our room was beautiful, clean and new looking and had the sleep number beds. Have a great cruise...
