Big Thumbs Down for Royal Car Rental

We just returned and had a reservation with Royal Car Rental for pickup at the dock. I confirmed the reservation prior to leaving home. Upon arrival, the other kiosks were manned but no one was at Royal. There was another couple who also had a reservation waiting with us for someone to show up. They gave up after about 30 minutes and went with someone else. We waited about 15 minutes more and just as we were going to go elsewhere Royal's agent wandered in. He didn't have any paperwork for either reservation and he DIDN'T HAVE OUR CAR AVAILABLE. He asked the American Car Rental agent if they had any 4 wheel drive vehicles available and we ended up renting from their very efficient agent. I don't know what their usual service is at Royal but this agent appeared "spaced out" to say the least. I emailed Royal upon our return several days ago but have had no response. I would recommend American Car Rental but definitely not Royal.
