NCL pre/post cruise luggage question

NCL has booked my hotel in London for the 2 days between my cruises and for the 3 days after the second cruise. I know my transfers to and from London are covered but I am curious how my luggage will be handled. Do I pick it up when off the ship and bring it with me on the transport to London or will it miraculously appear in my hotel? Also, will a NCL representative be at the pier and/or London hotel to answer questions?
