Is there a public beach on Paradise Island?

My mom, sister and I are taking a short "girls only" cruise in a couple of weeks. We are just looking for a nice beach to relax on....with beach chairs and umbrellas. I have heard that Paradise Island has a public beach. Is this true? If so, where is it located?

 

My family and I went to Cable Beach, walked through the Wyndham, back in May and enjoyed the beach at that location (took the #10 jitney). Just wanted to see what our other options might be. What about the beach at the British Colonial Hilton? I don't mind paying a fee at any of the locations, just looking for a relaxing atmosphere and crystal clear water with beach chairs and an umbrella.
