Anyone used Hertz in Galveston lately??

We rented a car from Hertz in Austin and dropped it off in Galveston prior to cruising the Grand in January. It's a small office several miles from the cruise terminal, open 9-12 on Saturday, with a free shuttle to and from the pier. We noticed a group of people being dropped off at Hertz from the pier and going directly into rental cars from the shuttle. Personnel were very friendly and helpful.
