Ghost tours of San Juan

Has anybody had experience with the company www.sanjuanghosts.com? I've seen reviews from another walking tour done at night with Debbie, but that appears to be a different company.

 

I'll be there with my three kids in August and think they may be more interested in a history tour if there is something scary involved! Hey, it may keep them walking along faster too!!!!
