Smaller boats to Baths?

Hi all, we will be in Tortola from 7am to 3pm, i would like to go the baths before the ship crowds arrives, is there any way to get to Virgin Gorda ASAP? I would be willing to take the ferry but i would much rather find someone with a boat to take us, is this possible? I have been searching sites but can't seem to find any info.

can anyone help?

We don't need lunch because our time will be so limited and would rather not be on a large boat with 30 other people.
