S.W.S Transport in Houston?

I have some good and bad reviews for a number of transportation services; but I haven't been able to find a review of S.W.S. Transport or what must have been the old StarWorld Shuttle. They are based in Houston and offer transportation to both piers.

 

Does anyone on these boards have any experience with them? They seem to be great on the phone and anxious for the business.
