? On Booking Shore Excursions in Advance

If I book a shore excursion now for an April RCCL cruise, when does the credit card get charged for the excursion? Will it appear on my shipboard account (which is what we would like)

 

I just want to make sure I have the option of canceling at least 24 hours before the excursion is to occur so the card isn't charged.

When you book on line as soon as you hit the key to accept payment it comes out of your card. If you cancel it will take a couple of days to show up. If you cancel while on board it will go on to your Sign and Sail as a Credit.
