Vancouver Holiday Inn on Howe St

We are booked at the Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites on Howe St @ Helmcken

It is supposed to be near the cruise piers and a good location.

Does anyone know anything about this hotel, location etc?

It is $189/night-NOT including taxes

Close to pier is not what I'd call it. It's 9 long city blocks. (to Canada Place not Ballantyne) It is of course not all that far by cab.

 

It's an OK area (not good just OK) and it's a Holiday Inn. Says it all I think. It will be fine. Pretty pricey though I think.
