Six Ships - all at once?

 I see there will be 5 other ships anchored at the Caymans the same day we are, all arriving at roughly the same time. Won't the Island be terribly overcrowded on this day? Does each ship have it's own tendering system, or do all the boats use the same tenders?

Yes, it may be crowded, depending on which ships the six are and how many passengers each has. You may want to sign up for a ship-run excursion on that day, since the demand on the private excursion companies will probably be heavy. You should probably expect heavier than usual crowds at places like Stingray City and the Turtle Farm, and downtown shopping may also be crowded.

Don't worry about the tendering, though. Each ship has their own system, using the ship's lifeboats. The hardest part is making sure you get back on the right tender at the end of the day, especially if more than one ship is from your cruise line.
