Governor's Beach

I heard that Governor's beach is "under construction". We will be in GT in March and would like to visit this beach. Any news?

Are taxis or a bus available to return to the ship or do you need to make arrangements?

I saw a posting yesterday from a local on Trip advisor's website that said the beach was fine. They were their the day before
