Make a Reservation for Sterlings?

Depends on the ship and itinerary. We've always just showed up and never had a problem but prime time (6:30-8:30) could be a problem especially on formal nights and/or port days. If you have a special occasion to celebrate then a reservation can be made by phone from your stateroom. The first night of the cruise is a great time to dine at Sterlings. :)

On the CB we've done it both ways. We usually make a reservation from our phone when we first get aboard and later in the cruise we usually just stop by and ask if there are any openings. Sometimes we have to check back because they have to wait to see if everyone shows up, but we've always been able to get a table for two that same night.

It's kind of funny because often we were told that there was nothing available other than 9:00 pm or later, but when we walked by, we never saw the place more than half full. (this was on CB in December).

We often saw ship's officers eating in there - maybe they reserve a few spots for them!

We did end up going and had a great meal. Enjoy!
