Deposit made on board

We put a deposit down for a future cruise while on board our last cruise with nothing in mind at the time. Our circle accounts each state $25sbc because I know that's the minimum you get but I can't remember and can't find anywhere that states what you actually can get. We are thinking of doing an 11 night cruise and just booking lowest price last minute. Can anyone refresh my memory? Thanks in advance.

7-9 days $25pp inside $50pp outside

10-15 days $75pp inside $100pp outside

16+ days $125pp inside $150pp outside

What if you sign up for the 10+ day cruise and say that you want an outside, but then later change your mind. Will they just change how much shipboard credit you will receive, or are you locked in to buying an outside?
