Where to park in Ft Lauderdale

We are driving down to FLL from Orlando and have no idea where to leave the car while we are cruising. Help!

Hey Seabeacon...I saw your name on the thread for our cruise on 2/11. My sister and I are on the same cruise. I have parked at the same place for 3 different cruises from Ft. Lauderdale. They are about 2 miles from the pier and are very, very reasonable. They don't look like much when you pull in but they have always taken quite good care of our vehicle. Hi:

 

We have also pre-booked our car for the Airport Park N Go (as above) for our cruise March 17th. We have paid $56.70 (plus tax) for 7 days in indoor covered valet parking. They have even cheaper rates for outdoors. They ask that you do not arrive earlier than 11:30AM because of delivering vehicles of returning guests first. They have complimentary shuttle service for up to 4 persons, recommending if more than 4, dropping off passengers and luggage first. It is 5 minutes from the port.
