Denali Shuttle tickets

I thought my e-tickets were supposed to be here in January, but still haven't seen them although my CC has been charged. I e-mailed 10 days ago with no response. Anyone else?

I was told the same thing and have not received e tickets. I, too, have emailed but no response. My CC has been charged too. I have looked at my account on the website and they have all my information for the reservation.

I also did not receive my etickets but was charged. However, I did get a response to my follow-up email a few days ago, as follows:

 

 

"We have had some minor troubles with our emailing system, and we now estimate that the tickets will be emailed in late January, early February. As long as you have your reservation number, your reservation will be saved, and you we be able to get your tickets, via email, mail, or at the park."

Coincidentally a friend called customer service there today re their tickets and was told they would be sent in late February... but if you have that confirmation no. etc. you are fine.
