Waverunner/snorkeling on cococay/nassau

I am interested in doing the jetski/waverunner and the snorkeling excursions on cococay/nassau. Was wondering which snorkeling experience is the best..there are a few including the coral reef, stingray on nassau and another one on cococay. additionally, do i nhave to book through RC for these excursions? would there be vendors on shore where i could just directly book from? Would they be cheaper as well?
