handicap room

didn't know travel agent booked us in a handicap room .. she just saw that the balcony was hugh.. she also knew we intended to put our little boy in our room eventhough on paper he is in an inside room with his brothers. I noticed this room does not have the sofa that turns into a bed. Do you know if our cabin steward will put a rollaway in the room? Also, is there a chance we would be bumped from this room? OUr cruise leaves in 2 weeks and I noticed that there are no more balcony rooms available... only suites, insides and oceanview. Any info would be helpful.

The ship name will be helpful.

Some ships dont have rollaways.

And for shame on your agent- she should know that if you dont need the cabin you could be changed out of there up til sailing.

Since the ship is sailing in two weeks the chances of you being bumped is very minimal.

But it does happen.

Your child could probable sleep on the floor. Ask for extra blankets, and pillows
