Question for recent South American crown cruisers

We'll be on the Crown for the South America trip on Feb. 25 from Buenas Aires to Valparaiso. Can anyone who has been on this cruise lately tell us what time the ship was cleared, and you were able to disembark in Valparaiso? We are scheduled to arrive at 6:00 a.m. We want to try and get off by 8:00 a.m. to make a 10:00 meeting in Santiago, but have heard that the the port is disorganized. Also, do they offer express disembarkation if you keep your own bags to get off? Thanks in advance for any information you could help us with.
