Kayaking in Aruba

We did this on the 2005 Adventurer. Not so enjoyable. We DO like engaging activities, as we're high level athletic types, but they take you to the windy side of the island where the current is SO strong going in one direction, it's almost scary. Very windy, choppy, and not so picturesque. The same goes for the horseback riding. We're doing the Natural Wonders tour, but we're not very fond of this flat, desert-type island. No offense to anyone.

Try the nice people at arubakayak.com. We contemplated booking with them, but decided to do a snorkel trip instead to save some $$. The people were very nice and prompt in responding to e-mail. Their trip sounds like a lot of fun--it even includes lunch and bottled water, which I don't think the website goes into detail about.
