cabin differences on summit

we are sailing on the summit to Hawaii soon and have a cabin change from family suite to a sky suite. Sky suites are more expensive, yet smaller than family suites--anyone know why???

SS's have butler service, larger bathrooms with tub and a few other "perks" that the FV's do not have. However, the FV's are larger and since they are aft, have MUCH larger balconies! I personally would never change from an FV to a SS given the choice.

You are so "right on"!!!! An FV is fabulous for the space on the balcony, and the view from the AFT!!! We are going on our 3rd FV cruise in October and are very excited!! No SS or butler for us!!

Why did you make the change from a FV to an SS? Was it your own choice or made by Celebrity? We would never give up a FV and are really disappointed that we couldn't get one for our Summit Hawaii cruise in September.
