Midnight Buffets on the NCL Sun

As cruisequeen10 indicated, midnight buffets as a rule are a thing of the past. Most cruise lines have done away with them; some offer one or possibly two during the course of the cruise. While they were impressive, overall I don't miss them because they were such a waste of food.

I haven't been on the Sun, but on other NCL ships they usually do have a mini-buffet of late-night snacks served in the casino. Typically sandwiches, potstickers, wings, skewered meats, sliced fruit, cookies, etc. Far from a gala buffet but probably sufficient for a craving right before going to bed.

canadiangirl77... On day 6 of our Sun cruise, a Chocolate Buffet was opened about 9:30PM (I believe in the Four Seasons Restaurant)... However, it lasted until 'bout midnight and DW and I did our best to make sure there were no leftovers!:D There are a couple of places to get "snacks" after 12:00 a.m... The Sports Bar on Deck 11 aft (usually open 5:30 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. almost everyday) and the Casino, Deck 7 midship. Other than that, room service is available 24 hours a day.
