Since the OP did send the letters certified...I agree that X should have responsed immediately saying they are looking into the matter.

 

However, from the way I understand the letter, it is a complaint,..you were treated rudely, you want X to agree that you were treated rudely and respond back to you....and you think the wording on the coupon is not clear.

I read it rapidly so maybe I missed something.

 

I have used the coupons with RCI I have mailed and emailed( started in May of last year) and have received credit before I left on my cruises...I have also spoke to some reps who were very sharp and others who were not... I would not have continued talking to that rep, I would have called back and spoken to someone else.

 

OP you took time to compose that well written letter they take less than a minute to read it...they cannot read between the lines, what action did you want them to take?.......JMHO
