Wedding In St Maarten On Caribbean Princess

Hi! Is anyone out there getting married in St Maarten? My fiance and I are going on the Caribbean Princess 1/13/08 and getting married at St Maarten on 1/16/08. I just purchased the wedding package from "Tie the Knot" division of the Wedding Experiance. I need some ideas about how to do a reception at the beach after the ceremony. I also need some ideas about STD and invitations. If anyone has any ideas or if anyone is getting married in St. Maarten I would love any suggestions that you may have. Thanks so much!!

I will be getting married off of Serenade of the Seas next Monday, March 5th in St Maarten. I didnt use the Wedding Experience though. I am using a private company, St Maarten Marry Me. I will let you know how everything goes and send pics when I return from our cruise!

I would highly recommend looking into other vendors like the previous post and cancelling with TWE since you are getting married on the island. I just got married on the caribbean princess (in st thomas though) and had absolutely nothing but trouble with The Wedding Experience.
